Reliable back-up when you most need it

Should there be a maintenance issue with a property, then speed is vital. We use a range of professional contractors who will attend as soon as possible.

We may have to contact the landlord to seek approval for any repair or replacement but this will always be done promptly, so that the job can be progressed.

You can report a fault by completing the online form below or calling us on 0131 622 2000. Even in the event of an out-of-hours emergency we can be called on this number. A message will provide you with the number for the on call duty manager.

We carry out Interim Inspections at our properties every three to four months, where we look to identify any remedial works that may be required.

Tenants do however have a responsibility to report to us promptly any maintenance issues.
