By far the best experience I have had has been with The Property Letting Centre who I have worked with for the past 6 months.

"We have owned a flat in Duncan St. since our son was at University in 1999 and rented it using PLC as our agent since 2004.

Throughout this period we have always found the staff to be totally reliable in representing our interests. The repairs/replacements have been handled promptly both to our satisfaction and also the tenants.

Most important, accounts were always rendered promptly paid in full into our bank account with no hidden extras or special charges.

For the whole of the period the flat was rented, we have lived abroad and it has been very reassuring to know that no matter what, there were safe hands back in Edinburgh looking after our interests.

The flat has now been sold. This exercise in itself made extra, special demands on the office staff; we are particularly grateful to Ms Molly Reekie for her cheerful energetic and effective efforts on our behalf, likewise the ever reliable Suzanne Smith who has been our "go to girl "for for 10 years and more.
