Ongoing service

As part of our continuing service to you, we will:

• Undertake to find suitable tenants with satisfactory references, secure a deposit and the monthly rentals, notify all utility companies of tenants' details, prepare and enter into the Tenancy Agreement, prepare the inventory and deal with problems that arise at the property.
• Conduct an inspection of the property approximately every three months and provide you with an update.
• Collect rent monthly and transfer the funds to your account electronically - then send you a monthly statement to detail the transaction.
