As a landlord you need total trust in the agent you work with. Through managing our own portfolio for the last fifteen years, and that of our Landlords for the last five, you can be assured that you are in safe hands.

Our membership of the Edinburgh Landlord Accreditation scheme ensures we work to strict standards. We support the Council's initiatives as we believe they will protect you, your tenant and ultimately your investment.

Our fees are as transparent as possible - for the Full Management Service we charge 10.5% as an introductory offer for the first two years.  Our standard rate is 12% of the gross rental income.  There is an initial set up fee of £95.00 and, should we be required to find new tenants at a later date, it is reduced to £75. Landlords who either have an HMO property with us on 2 or more will be entitled to an ongoing management rate of 10.5%, even after the initial two year offer period has elapsed.  That's it.
